Proverbs 17:17

"A friend loves at all times"

At all times, that is what the Bible says. What does "love at all times" mean? Does it mean that a friend sticks with you in good times and bad? Does it mean they will try to fix conflicts no matter how complicated it get beacuse "A friend that loves at all times" wont let a friendship be torn apart by the obstacles life has brought upon them. Does it mean you should be open and accept each other's flaws? Or have I got this totally wrong?

I will ask, what does friendship mean? What is a true friend? The world wide web have come up with hundreds of quotations and defenitions about friendship. But you will never know how much or what friendship really means until you have experienced it, encountered it, or....lost it.

It has been said that people come and go, but true friends stay forever. But then again, the english language is imperfect and forever is just unreachable and at some point, friendships will end.

Based on personal experience, losing a friend whom you've treasured and cared for is not an easy stage of a teen-aged-girl's life. But it is simply inevitable- being girls of course. Gossips, secrets, boys. It tears down friendships apart. It doesnt have to but it does.

But can we ever build a friendship that is unbreakable? Is it possible to have a true friend not forever, but for life? Tell me why these girl to girl friendships are far more difficult to maintain than a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship?

Have you ever felt the awkwardness, have you ever felt the guilt, have you ever felt the tension every time she's near
Have you ever stared into her eyes, knowing it had somthins to tell..
but no one dares to speak but the silent tear that fell.
Have you ever carried a heavy load in your heart
knowing you can never accept, if this friendship falls apart..
Have you ever prayed to God, that He will make things right..
Have you ever wondered why you had to start a fight..
Have you ever felt like a hypocrite, saying you dont care..
but all those times you've been wishing..that once again..she'd be there.



Slowly, this post will lose its sense...
but then what difference will make?
Whether it makes sense or not...
Will it bring the friendship back?

Slipped Away

Every after school I sit on the bus. Then I see this little chinese girl stop at her bus stop. Her grandfather is there waiting for her. It made me think about mine. Tears started to build up. bad memories...galing mag sulat!! haha

To keep it as a secret is not right...to tell another person isn't right either...and to tell you will be the biggest mistake i'll ever make in my life... or is it? So it was around 4 or 5 o'clock in the morning. My eyes were barely open as I listen to my friend talk to me about her shoes. .then it came to me..maybe it was time to tell you. How Pythagora came up with his theory about right angled triangles... How they counted the number of blood cells in our body... Who came up with all the words.. Who made up the languages...
